As a young girl, I accompanied my father to his office darkroom on weekends, fascinated by the process of developing photographs. In my 20’s I bought my first SLR, a Canon AE-1, that I used to turn my fascination with photography into a part-time hobby.
Now in my 40’s, I’ve picked back up where I once left off, switching to the digital format this time. I recently acquired my first DSLR, a Canon 40D, along with a set of new Canon lenses (see my equipment page for details). I’ve been learning how to get the most out of these new ‘toys’, both in-camera and in post-production. Want to learn what I know? Jump in any time!
